1. In-app help is now available
Sometimes we all need a little help. Now, a friendly face from our Customer Success team is available to help you out at just a click of a button with our new in-app help chat.
All you need to do to access this feature is log-in to your account and the help chat is available in the lower right-hand side of the screen, next to the query bar. Ask us anything! Need help connecting your data source? Not sure what to ask? We’ve got your back.
2. Query Interpretations
Were you expecting a different answer from chata.ai? Want to know more about how we interpreted your natural language query?
Now you can click on the avatar next to the answer to see how chata.ai interpreted your question.
If the interpretation is incorrect, it’s likely because we haven’t learned to answer this type of question yet. Please help us grow by clicking “Report a problem” so our team of natural-language ninjas can investigate and, if it makes sense, add to our growing library of query types that we can handle.

3. Query Builder
Not sure what to ask? Get those query juices flowing! Explore our new Query Builder and discover new questions and answers about your business that you never knew before.
- Select the query type
- Decide if you would like to see a list or a calculation returned
- Add additional groupables like time range, accounts, classes and more
- Click on one of the recommended queries that appears on the right side
This is a great way to learn how to use chata.ai – then you can go ahead and start cooking up your own questions.
4. SMS Reporting
Want to collaborate via text message? You can now choose to receive report sharing notifications via SMS or email. To select your preference, select profile and then select the email and/or SMS options.
