What is a Company File and how do plans work?
A Company File is a single data source that has been connected to Chata through an integrated cloud accounting platform or payment processing software. All plans are assigned per Company File and allow for unlimited users per Company.
How do I try Premium out on my Company Files?
Activate your 14-Day Free Trial by connecting a Company File, no credit card required. At the end of your trial, if you haven’t upgraded your Company File to Premium, it will remain on our free plan and Premium features will no longer be available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both Visa and MasterCard. You only need to enter your credit card information when you’re ready to upgrade your first Company File to our Premium plan. See our User Guide for more details about how to make a purchase in the app.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely! We’ve made it easy to change your plan whenever you need. When you upgrade a Company File, you’ll gain immediate access to all Premium features. Check out our User Guide for more info on upgrading or downgrading Company Files.
Can I have both Premium and free plans?
Yes. You can upgrade Company Files to Premium individually, even if they belong to the same Company so you only pay for what you use! If you connect multiple files, you can apply a Premium plan to all of them, or keep others on a free plan.
