Purchase orders or other documents issued by Customer, whether or not accepted by Chata, are for administrative convenience only, and any terms and conditions contained in those documents are of no force or effect and will not in any way amend or supplement this Agreement.
(j) This Agreement is the complete agreement between Chata and Customer with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersedes any and all previous communications, representations, negotiations, discussions, agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. There are no representations, warranties, terms, conditions, undertakings or collateral agreements, express, implied or statutory, between the Parties other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
